Your facilitators have a combined 50 years of experience working in psychiatry and psychotherapy and are certified Enneagram

The only criteria to join are willingness to be open to yourself and others and an awareness of your Enneagram type. If you’re not sure about your type, reach out to one of us for a typing interview prior to the start of the group. If you are new on the path of inner work with the Enneagram, or have been travelling for awhile but wishing you had companions on the journey, this group is for you. We will meet weekly for 8 sessions, spending time together and learning more about how to do inner work using the Enneagram as a tool for psycho-spiritual transformation. Each week we will start with a grounding practice, and a brief teaching about a core component of Enneagram theory, with the majority of time spent in discussion about what we are noticing, practicing and questioning in our own lives.
